The orders placed online on Yellowkorner.com are treated within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excl. Bank Holidays).
If all the photographs are immediately available, they will be sent the working day after placing your order. In case you choose the express delivery (Chronopost with tracking number), you will receive your parcel 3 days after purchasing.
YellowKorner wishes to offer the greatest choice of formats and finishes for each photograph. Certain photographs are therefore tailor made, with a production delay up to 45 days.
In order to offer you the lowest delivery rates, the set of photographs ordered is shipped together. If you wish to order several photographs one of which is temporarily unavailable and you do not wish to wait, we advise you to place several separate orders.

Fast delivery with tracking number
The Fast delivery with tracking number is guaranteed by GLS and takes between 3 and 4 working days after the expedition of your order. If you are absent at the moment of delivery, a delivery notice will be left that permits you to collect your package at the post office for 15 days.
A tracking number is attributed to each one of your orders and allows for the location of the package during delivery on the Internet on the following page : www.gls-group.eu.
The tracking number will be sent to you per email, as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. You can also find out the number on your client account, rubric My orders.

Express delivery with tracking number
The Chronopost delivery is guaranteed by La Poste during working days. There is no delivery on saturday and the delivery time is 3 working days. In order to benefit from the entire Chronopost service, we advise you to have someone at home on the delivery day or to be delivered at your working place.

Private transporter
This delivery method is available for the largest formats of our catalog. It is designed for large and fragile items and guarantees a reliable delivery. The maximum delievery time is 7 working days.
The delivery is effected by the transporter TATEX and the delivery is made during working days. Your photograph will be personnally brought to your door by the transporter, or to your appartment floor if mentionned on the delivery address.

Orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties. These taxes vary according to the country of destination and YellowKorner is unable to state them in advance.
